Hiya everyone!
I'm Morgaine...but call me Mo.
Just discovered Firefly, Serenity and Nathan recently. Feeling a little silly as I'm 41 and gushing over an actor! He's good, darn it all! That's all I have to say in my defense.
*gotta make this quick before my 14-year-old son comes upstairs*
It's nice to know there's a place I can come to and talk about Nathan and not feel silly!

Hey, great minds think alike! I'm almost 39 but when it comes to the Firefly/Serenity 'verse and Nathan in particular, I get all fangirly! He's just so...well, you know! Besides, my mom is 65 and after I sent her a couple of pics of Nathan and my dvd of "Water's Edge", she thinks he's a hottie too!

Hi all, I'm new here. My name is Trish, taragal onscreen and Im in Ireland. Age is a state of mind I think - in which case I'm fifteen some days and fifty on others! But am in my thirties according to the paperwork and am a writer (though nothing to touch Joss' work obviously) Just got my copy of the SERENITY dvd and having made a dvd player shaped hole in the living room window when it refused to play it, have borrowed another one, watched it and LOVED IT. Hottie and all as you describe Nathan I think one of the best things about his role as Mal is the human aspect he brings to it. This aint no tight wearing, caped crusader here; it's a guy just trying to survive what the verse throws his way. And not always getting it right. Gotta love that. Hope for us all isn't there?? I loved Two Guys and A Girl, and absolutely fell in love with Firefly when it came on...there wasn't another show like it. It truly showcased him as a leading man...I love a smartass, and boy, isn't he? Not to mention he has a heart as well I went to see Serenity opening weekend and enjoyed the hell out of it, and can't wait to see Slither! Hope to talk to everybody soon! |
