He's such a TEASE!!

I just got back from serenity ² at heathrow. The con ROCKED!!!

Everyone who went now knows me since Nathan pulled me up on stage to explain how I managed to have half my ear cut off and have a broken arm (I was filming a scene and think war stories but the actor used a real knife....yup OUCH!)

He teased me the WHOLE weekend, making up jokes bout my ear. First joke was "I wanna hear the whole story later, I'm all ears!"...they only got worse .

But anyways, the guy is awesome, he's so hot and he thinks i'm a frickin guy!!! I had to have my hair cut for the role and its kinda short .

I'm originally from Edmonton but I've lived a while in Glasgow, Scotland. Was anyone else there at the con that can put my mind at rest cause I TRIED to refrain from regaining the accent for fear he'd think I was mocking him...after the teasing he did, I probably shouldn't have tho lmao.

P.S. The Serenity gag reel was AWESOME, they had so better put that in the DVD and yet, I'm thinking they may cut as drastically as they did with the firefly gag reel!

Nah you'll never see this film as its OVER! I ain't going back!!! It was only a short film anyways for competitions etc. I've never done anything big just tv shows in Glasgow. I did work for 24 (I know they are Fox which equals the enemy BUT they treated me alright). I basically worked on a stunt they decided not to use. The season 4 ending could have been SOOO much better lol.

The son of a bi*ch director (who was called Nathan btw, there's something about all the Nathan's of the world out to get me!!!) thingyed up and ended up mocking up a REAL knife for the scene.

I was restrained and gagged for the scene (and no it was NOT that type of film you dirty minded folk .) Anyways, filming started and the actor was to start cutting into my ear for a torture scene while releasing fake blood from a tube running down the hidden side of the knife. The REAL knife was slicing right into my ear but no one could tell because the real blood went unnoticed and I was supposed to be screaming in pain. They didn't realise anything was wrong til they heard my arm snap....yes it was THAT loud.

So now I'm back from con and I forsee MANY hours of online halo 2...as soon as my friend stops hogging the game I BOUGHT!!! I bet I can still kick ass one handed hehe.

It was slightly funny tho on Saturday night because Nathan is chinese and doesn't understand English. I only really speak Cantonese and not Mandarin. HOWEVER, I can curse NO end in Mandarin, so people at the con were looking at me funny when Nathan called to say it was MY fault I got hurt!! I don't think they realised what the deal was until a few heads turned when yelling for Nathan to shut up. NATHAN !!!! BEE SHWAI (trying to spell in a way you might recognise) lol.

He's the director; it's his responsibility to make sure the cast and crew have safe working conditions. Using a real knife and not giving you any way to communicate if something was wrong is his fault! Can't see how he's trying to justify it being your fault that he put you in a situation where you lost part of your ear and were in so much pain that you broke your arm trying to get free.
