Thats my question,
Why is nathan so special to you??
for me, nathan is my idol. the perfect role model in this world. kind, careing and a good honest decent man. he has inspired me to do so much, and he has touched my life in a way no one could ever imagine.
Thats why i love him so( in a non sex stalker obsessive type way).
He is my idol, my inspiration, the person i aspire to be like..
How about you guys???

I think he is a sensational actor. I can't wait to see more from him. He frightened me in Buffy, but made me want to pick up arms in Firefly and call him Captain. Unbelievable good acting.

I just finished reading the blogs thread and I don't think I've ever encountered a more down-to-earth, sweet, funny, and truly appreciative actor. At a time when arrogance amoung actors seems to be on the rise, it is so refreshing to come across one who truly loves his fans and is grateful for their support.

Ok, y'all got your hankies at the ready....lol
No it is a sad story but I will tell y'all anyways. I was born and raised in Edmonton...well up til the age of 6 when I was in a car crash that killed both my parents and my big brother.
Okay, now I actually met Nathan YEARS ago when firefly JUST started but only very briefly but his voice....
It wasn't til Firefly was on TV. I was eating my dinner and then heard him talking on TV and did a double take. I seriously though it was my big brother alive on screen, it was HIS voice. He seems to act like the big brother of the group and its sorta special to me because in a not weird way, I see my brother in him. He's very caring to the group, he's funny - my brother always made me laugh and he even sounds like him. Okay AND he has his name lol.
That's why Nate will always be special to me, he kinda completes what's been missing most my life, a small sense of family.

Nathan is special to me because he is an awesome and gorgeous actor, and I ADORE his accent and I think that he generally seems like a fun guy... Like when he starts dancing with Morena Bacarin in the Serenity outtakes :lol:
