I was a big OLTL fan in high school (I'm 27 now) and I wrote to Nathan and to Sean Moynihan who played Powell on the show. Well Sean sent me an autographed photo and a letter in Oct '94, but didn't hear from Nathan. Well, my 18th b-day was April 4,1995. It was an ordinary day. I went to school and came home and watched my younger brother and sister. Well, around 5pm the phone rang. My sister ran to get it saying, "The b-day calls start already!" And I heard her say "Hello? May I ask who's calling? Hang on. Mo do you know anyone named Nathan?" I was a little puzzled, but I went to the phone and said "Hello?" And he said "Hi, Maureen." and I said "Who is this?" "Nathan" "Nathan who?" "Fillion" and of course I'm like "OMG!! It's Joey!! It's Joey!!" So after I got myself under control, we started talking and I asked him about OLTL and he answered questions I didn't even know!! It was so nice and he made my 18th b-day so special. i found it over at the IMDB (after posting a link to us here:)) cool story huh

What at nice thing to do. It's fun hearing stories. I like when actors don't live with their head in the cloud!

As usual Nathan is a sweetie... he always seems to live up to his great reputation of being a nice guy.
