This is for Captain Shinypants from quite possibly the best fan in Fiji. I've been passing my set around to anyone here I think can be turned on to the 'verse, including a number of US compatriots posted to the Pacific region in Peacecorps, Embassy etc. But as a girl from down under, the word is spreading at home too. We never saw the series or the movie - only via DVD stores and libraries. But as I manage my sometimes dysfunctional 40 odd media staff I practise my stock of appropriate Chinese phrases (much less insulting than English versions in a conservatve country). Add "muktoh" - wooden head.
Slither was fun and the only legit DVD library in this pirate paradise has ordered Buffy 7 too. Time and distance matter not on this journey.
