i guess so, i mean its all still coming from the same place right? I see no reason why guests or non-members cant enter. But should we run out of room, then obviously members would take priority  (corse, i`ll just add more pages, so theres no fear of running out of room, the more the merryer:)) |

Unfortunatly, due to a situation envolving the convention organisers and myself, i wont be attending the sereity 2 convention in November. However, im still accepting peoples entries into the Book, it will just be handed to Nathan at another time is all. Keep em coming, we have some great stuff so far  Darren |

Awww you won't be coming to the con  sniffle! Well, I'm working on a drawing (not sure that's the one I want Nate to have though), so I'll let you know when I've finished it |

I'm sorry you can't make it but if you'd still like Nathan to get the book at Serenity 2, I'm (probably) going to be steward and I can get it to him if you want to mail it to me or send it by someone who will be attending. I'll make sure he knows it's from the site.

I'll make sure he knows it's from the site. OK, I have had a change of heart.. The Serenity trailers have proven too tempting and the urge to meet Summer and Nathan again is too much. So im going to try and make it to Serenity 2 after all lol.. Which means that the book is back on... So as before, any art work, poems, filks ect then send an e mail to thelimbogroup@aol.com and i`ll give you details of where to send them Also, i am gathering bits for another section of the book.. A Hottie section. as long as its clean, send me your hottie message, along with a pic of yourself and your name to thelimbogroup@aol.com and i`ll put it in the book.. Will make it a personal thing, and hopefully a funny thing . I`ll set a deadline soon, the con is early November so ASAP with the entries Take care and thanks for your support. Darren |

Ok.. For the hottie thing, its just a bit of fun really.. Send an e mail to the address above with a pic of your self, your name and a hottie message (nathan fillion is so hot... ect) basically its just a continuation of the hottie thread.. Only he will be able to see the faces of who is leaving the messages |

Glad you're going to Serenity con 2, Darren; wish I could be there but unless I win the lottery or come into a large inheritence, I don't see it happening! Can't decide if I want to submit something to the hottie section--I hate having my picture taken! I always look half asleep--my mom tries to tell me I have "bedroom eyes" but I think I just look doped up!

Wow... this book sounds excellent. Is it too late to participate? If it's not, please tell me the size of the book pages in inches. I'd LOVE to send hima a drawing, and perhaps a breif message. :-) - Katie

Sarah--go to the beginning of the thread; all the details are there. In a nutshell, we're sending stuff to Darren to put in a book to be given to Nathan at Serenity Con 2. Things like drawings, poems, filk songs, little messages, etc.--I sent in a little cross-stitch thing I put together--just to let Nathan know how much we appreciate him. Hope you can send something in!
By the way, Darren--I was wondering if you could post pics of the finished project for those of us not fortunate enough to make it to the con? I'd love to see what other people have contributed and what it looks like all put together! Oh, and I LOVE the new look of the board!! That pic of Nathan is just TOO gorgeous for words!

sorry for the lack of updates, have been snowed under what with moving and all Entries can be no bigger than an A3 sized peice of paper. Origionally i wanted people to send me the actual item so that could be put in the book, rather than a scan or print out.. Thats still an option if its done soon, but time is running out and i really wanted to get it done by the end of October. So you can still send in entries by post, or just send then in an attatchment in an e mail to thelimbogroup@aol.com. I will take some pictures of the book onces its all put together, and i`ll try and get a pic of Nathan holding it up lol. Thanks again for taking part, should turn out to be something special Darren |
